Description: Spiritual gifts: Pastor/Shepherd, Mercy.  This is a vital ministry that is truly on the front lines – meeting people’s greatest needs.   We continue to see a growing demand for the Porch Ministry team, serving people in two primary areas. Evangelism issues such as salvation, baptism, or church membership and Compassion issues, such as dealing with life circumstances, hardships, or personal crises.  Our vision for the Porch Ministry team is that we are all better equipped, more fully trained, and judiciously deployed to meet the needs of those who walk through the doors on the Porch.
