Christmas Wish
Help make a family’s Christmas merry and bright
Our partners serve some incredible families and we would like to assist them by providing gifts for two Christmas stores in the Indianapolis area.
LifeBridge is an after school program in Beech Grove Schools who provide Christ-centered community for students from elementary to high school. Each year they host Operation Bright Christmas, a Christmas store shopping experience for low income parents of LifeBridge students and other parents in the district. If you are interested in volunteering for the event on December 12,
sign-up here.
Our Shelby Street Campus has fostered relationships with Perry 6th Grade Academy for several years now. A Very Perry Christmas will be hosted at Shelby Street for low-income parents for the first time this year. It will be a shopping experience for parents to choose gifts for children and wrap them before heading home. If you are interested in volunteering for the event on December 5,
sign-up here.
What can I do:
1. Scratch-off the present on the card you picked up at one of our campuses or purchase a gift from the Amazon list
to find out who to shop for. Each child has a card created with their age and gender listed.
2.
Go shopping in person and bring your unwrapped gift or supplies to church and place it in one of bins by each entrance. If you don’t want to shop in person, we have an Amazon wish list with our address listed so that you can ship it right to The Creek. Please keep gift cost at or below $25.
Return or ship gifts to the Creek between November 15-29. Thanks for making Christmas for these families extra special this year!
