Lee has been working with Extended Hand Prison Ministries for many years. He felt the call to this ministry in 1971 seeing the need to minister to those who have been incarcerated. Lee ministers in six institutions on a weekly basis. All together there are 20 chaplains for 25,000 inmates in 32 institutions state-wide. Lee is passionate about working with these men, women, and adolescents and has developed long lasting relationships with many of them.
